The laboratory has appropriate space in terms of size and purpose, equipped with the appropriate infrastructure.
The laboratory equipment also includes a large number of small accessories that form an integral part of the main equipment.
The laboratory is equipped for laboratory-demonstration teaching in the field of flexible pavement structures and their components:

  • bitumen
  • filler
  • stone aggregate
  • additives
  • emulsions

With its equipment, the laboratory carries out research and testing of pavement structures in service and cooperates closely with the construction industry in its applied activities.

We are of the opinion that the existing equipment needs to be supplemented and renewed with more sophisticated models, given that it is specific to the field of civil engineering, which is currently booming.
