ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

Excerpt from the Call for enrolment of students in first-cycle studies in Civil Engineering, Geodesy and Geoinformatics, and Geotechnical Engineering at the UKIM Faculty of Civil Engineering Skopje for the 2026/2027 academic year

Candidates apply for admission to the Faculty of Civil Engineering – Skopje at the counters of the Student Services Office until 19 August 2026 (first round) by registering on the website www.upisi.ukim.edu.mk, completing the electronic application in the iknow system and submitting the following documents:

  • Signed university application form and internal enrolment application form (printed electronic applications from the iknow system)
  • school certificates for all 4 years
  • document proving the state matura exam has been passed (except for the 2019/20 generation under the Decree)
  • birth certificate (extract from the birth register)
  • proof of Macedonian citizenship
  • administrative fee of 50 denars (MKD)
  • payment of 300 denars (MKD) to the giro account of the Faculty of Civil Engineering 100000000063095, with budget user account 1600104219 788 15, revenue code 723012, programme 41, and purpose of payment: for study programmes for which no knowledge test is conducted

Candidates themselves are responsible for the accuracy of the submitted documents.

Enrolment of admitted candidates takes place on 3 and 4 September 2026, from 10:00 to 13:00, with the required documents:

  • student record book (index) and student ID card (from the UKIM stationery/printing shop)
  • exam registration forms for all courses enrolled in the winter semester (from the UKIM stationery/printing shop)
  • proof of completed statistical form VOI-20 (on uslugi.gov.mk)
  • study agreement (download from gf.ukim.edu.mk) printed in 2 copies, completed and signed
  • internal form with courses (download from gf.ukim.edu.mk), from which the index and the electronic file at www.iknow.ukim.mk are completed
  • 3 photographs (glued to the index, the student ID card and the enrolment form)
  • payment slip for the tuition contribution of 6,200 denars (in the state quota) or 12,400 denars (in the co-financing quota) to the Faculty's giro account 100000000063095, with budget user account 1600104219 788 15, revenue code 723012, programme 41
  • payment slip for the UKIM IKSA fee of 750 denars to the UKIM giro account 100000000063095, with budget user account 1600103689 788 18, revenue code 723012, programme 41

The electronic file in the iknow system must be completed with the course selection by 15 September 2026.

Classes begin on 1 October 2026 according to the timetable published on the website.
